  • User Registration / Identity Verification: Users must complete a one-time registration and identity verification process (via SRS) to use the signature service.

  • Authentication / Signature Method: The signature confirmation method is set during the registration phase, such as through mobile notifications (Mobile ID app) for two-factor confirmation.

  • Swisscom Trust Services provides qualified electronic signature services in Switzerland under the ZertES regulations and QES / AdES services in the EU under eIDAS.

  • Swisscom is included in the trust service provider lists of Switzerland and the EU to ensure its services are recognized in both regions.
