No, signers do not need an account or a subscription to sign the documents you send them via eSignGlobal. Every envelope is sent to the signers in email/SMS/WhatsApp containing an exclusive signing link that allows them to access, view, and sign the documents. An account or a subscription is only required for those in your organization who will use eSignGlobal to self-sign business documents or send them out for signature.

After the 30-day trial period ends, if you have not upgraded to the paid package, you will automatically switch to the free package, and all data will remain unchanged. Afterwards, you can subscribe to our Essential/Professional plan at any time.
