Workspace Setup

Change workspace name

Users can customize their workspace names at any time to ensure orderly team collaboration.

Deregister workspace

Provides the super administrator with the ability to log out of the workspace. After logging out, all data in the workspace will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Brand Logo Settings

Workspace administrators can customize eSignGlobal emails and signature pages using their company logo.

Stamp Management

It provides users with stamp addition, editing, and deletion services, which users can use when signing documents.

Seal authorization

Provides the ability to authorize stamps, allowing administrators or super administrators to authorize created stamps to other users within the workspace.

New members

Workspace administrators have the right to add members to a workspace.

Member Exit

Provides users with the ability to remove users from a workspace and set a default transferee. When a member leaves a workspace, the administrator can remove the user, and the templates, envelopes, and other resources associated with the departing member will be automatically transferred to the default transferee after the member leaves.

Add members in batch

Workspace super administrators and administrators have the right to add members to the workspace.

Member Invitation List

The system provides a member invitation list feature, allowing super administrators and other administrators to view member invitation status in real time, ensuring clear and controllable team member management and improving collaboration efficiency.

Create a new SSO configuration

You can use the standard SAML 2.0 protocol specification to quickly implement secure single sign-on integration between application systems and identity authentication providers.

Microsoft Entra ID

Supports SAML 2.0-based federated authentication. You can integrate Microsoft Entra ID with eSignGlobal using SAML 2.0 federated authentication, enabling single sign-on for your Microsoft Entra ID account with eSignGlobal without having to create a CAM sub-user for every member in your enterprise or organization.

OKTA

eSignGlobal using SAML 2.0 federated authentication , enabling single sign-on for OKTA accounts to eSignGlobal without having to create a separate account for each member in your enterprise or organization.

OneLogin

Managing Smart Forms

You can efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of smart forms, flexibly enabling new forms, deactivating expired forms, and editing and adjusting content to ensure that forms always match business needs and optimize process efficiency.

You can use templates to create smart forms to collect information and send out envelopes.

Advanced properties of smart form components

Supports advanced property configuration for custom components when creating smart forms:

  • Using the [Event Configuration] function, you can perform real-time simple formula calculations on the input values of multiple information collection components, and the calculation results will be automatically displayed in the target component;

  • The Action Configuration feature allows you to call generators when a form control performs a specific action, such as performing custom complex calculations and assigning values to the corresponding components, thus implementing your own business logic using JavaScript.

Resend the envelope

The provided resend envelope function can be used to remind the signer of tasks that are being signed; or, if a signing notification has not been received, the signing task can be pushed to the signer by resending the envelope.

You can quickly create envelopes and easily complete the signing process online.

Set the signing order

When creating a new envelope, the initiator can adjust the signing order to achieve sequential signing. eSignGlobal will send the envelopes to each signer in the set order, ensuring that subsequent signing processes are triggered only after the preceding signing is completed.

Mobile Initiation and Signing

With the eSignGlobal mobile app, you can easily initiate or sign envelopes.

Resend the envelope

You can use eSignGlobal's resend envelope feature to remind the signer of tasks that are currently being signed; or, if you haven't received a signing notification, you can push the signing task to the signer by resending the envelope.

Bulk Sending Envelopes

This service provides users with a bulk envelope sending function. Users can choose to use this function when they need to import the names and email addresses of signatories and CC recipients in bulk.

Send envelopes at regular intervals

It provides a timed envelope sending function, allowing users to preset the sending time. The time setting can be done on both the initiation page and the specified signature location page.

Receive notification and sign

It provides an intuitive signing process, allowing signers to complete electronic signatures in minutes.

Apply to all

This allows signers to apply a single signature to all identical control areas in one or more documents, reducing repetitive operations.

Envelope Authorization

The initiator can grant viewing and download permissions for envelopes to other members or user groups within the workspace.

Cancel the envelope

Once the envelope has been sent, the initiator can cancel the envelope during the signing process to terminate the signing process.

Remove envelope

Workspace super administrators can use the envelope deletion function in the Inbox, Outbox, and All Messages menu.

Editor's Envelope

Users can edit incomplete envelopes, such as modifying unsigned signatory information or adding envelope copies.

File List

The feature categorizes envelopes into multiple categories, including Outbox, Inbox, All Envelopes, Scheduled Sending, and Bulk Sending. Users can quickly find the envelopes they need within each category and perform precise searches using the search bar under each category, improving search efficiency.

Download the signed document

Participants can download the signed documents from eSignGlobal.

Check envelope details

You can view details of the envelope signing activity, including basic information such as the envelope subject, status, initiation date, participants, and validity period, as well as the envelope documents, attachments, and remarks. Through the activity record function, you can also view participants' records of viewing and signing envelopes.

Set the signatory access password

The signatory will see a prompt message during verification and will need to enter an access password to verify their identity.

SMS verification

It supports notifying signatories via SMS and using SMS verification codes for identity verification.

Smart and convenient verification
