Brand Logo Settings

Before using the features in this user manual, you need to understand the branding restrictions corresponding to different versions:

  • Trial Version: Does not support branding features
  • Basic Version: Does not support branding features
  • Professional Version: Supports branding features

Workspace administrators can use the company logo to customize the eSignGlobal email and signing pages.

Brand Logo Settings

  1. Administrators select the brand menu on the workspace settings page.

  2. Click 【Select Logo】.

  1. Click 【Choose File】 to upload the logo image you wish to use.

Note:

  • Maximum file size: 500KB
  • Recommended dimensions: 170 * 40 pixels (images larger than this size will be resized)
  • Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG

  1. Click 【Save】, and the logo settings are successful.

  1. The sent email will display the custom logo.

  1. The signing page will display the custom logo.
