Digital Signature

Before using the features in this user manual, it is necessary to understand the digital signature restrictions corresponding to different versions (covering sub-items such as elD Easy, VNPT, VIDA, iAM Smart, etc.):

• Trial version: does not support digital signature function
• Basic version: does not support digital signature function
• Professional version: supports digital signature function

To meet the higher requirements for the security and legal validity of electronic signatures in different countries, industries, and compliance scenarios, eSignGlobal has fully integrated with multiple Trusted Service Providers (TSP) in various countries/regions, supporting various high-level digital signature capabilities, including:

• Qualified Electronic Signature (QES, Qualified Electronic Signature)
• Advanced Electronic Signature (AES, Advanced Electronic Signature)

By deeply integrating with internationally authoritative TSPs, eSignGlobal is committed to providing global customers with a higher-level, compliant, and trustworthy signing experience.

Prerequisite for use: You need to purchase the digital signature service from TSP and activate the integrated account credentials (Client ID and Secret).

Sender

1. Install the digital signature plugin:

   The administrator installs the digital signature plugin and sets the integrated account credentials (Client ID and Secret) provided by TSP.

2. Send envelope:

   The sender can enable digital signature when sending an envelope.

Signatory

Prerequisite for use: Please ensure that you have registered with TSP and possess a personal digital certificate.

1. Sign with TSP:

   The signatory can select their country/region and choose the TSP signature supported by that country/region.

After enabling digital signature for the envelope, all signatories must use digital signatures.
