eSign CA is operated by Hangzhou Tiangu Information Technology Co., Ltd., with registration and service areas located within the People’s Republic of China, providing digital certificates and electronic certification services to users in mainland China.

3. Signature Level Support

Under the legal system of mainland China, the digital certificates provided by eSign CA support the generation of reliable electronic signatures compliant with China’s “Electronic Signature Law”, with legal effect equivalent to the AES (Advanced Electronic Signature) concept level within the EU eIDAS system.
