Client Overview

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“CSCEHK”) has been engaged in the Hong Kong construction industry since 1979, covering a wide range of services including housing, civil engineering, foundation works, site investigation, E&M engineering, and concrete production.
Its parent company, China State Construction International Holdings Limited (“CSCI”), is a vertically integrated construction and investment enterprise listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2005 (Stock Code: 03311).

Project Background & Challenges

Following the successful launch of the “Smart Construction Site” digital platform in 2023, CSCEHK initiated its Paperless Project in 2024.
The project aims to integrate OA systems, business platforms, and e-signature solutions to achieve full digital workflow automation—enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and management quality through intelligent and lean management practices.
