The Apply to All feature allows signers to apply one signing action to all identical control fields in the same document or across multiple documents, reducing repetitive operations.
Note:
Once confirmed, all corresponding signature and stamp fields will be overwritten.
The system selects “Apply to All” by default. If you do not need batch operations, simply uncheck it.
- When a signer needs to sign in multiple places within a document, they can first complete a signature or stamp in any control field, then check “Apply to All”. The system will automatically copy the signature or stamp to the remaining fields.
Apply Signature to All
- Check the “Apply to All” option and click the “Confirm” button.
Apply Stamp to All
- Check the “Apply to All” option and click the “Confirm” button.
- After clicking “Confirm”, the other signature or stamp fields will be automatically filled with the same signature or stamp.
