Two-factor Authentication

eSignGlobal offers Two-Factor Authentication to enhance security. When logging in with a password, users must verify their identity by a verification code recieved via email.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Click [Account Management].

  1. Toggle the switch on the right to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Two-Factor Authentication Process

  1. Confirm your email address is correct, then click [Send Code].

  1. Enter the code received in your email and click [Verify] to complete 2FA process.
