2. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding
2.1 Project Name: ESIGN HK HOLDING LIMITED cloud service procurement project
2.2 Scope of bidding: it is proposed to select a cloud service provider to provide stable, efficient and secure cloud services for the research, development and operation and maintenance projects of the tenderee. The service content includes but is not limited to: cloud computing resources, data storage and management, security services, technical support and operation and maintenance, service resource migration support, etc. For specific technical requirements, please refer to the bidding documents.
2.3 Service period: two years from the date of signing the contract.
2.4 Service place: the place designated by the tenderee.
2.5 Number of successful suppliers: 1
2.6 Share of successful suppliers: 100 per cent
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Financial Requirements: The bidder shall provide the 2024 annual audit report (including financial statements) or financial statements as supporting documents (if the bidder is a unit established after 2025,Financial statements from inception to date and proof of credit issued by the bank within the last three months should be provided).
3.2 reputation requirements:
(1) Not included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (the inquiry time is from the day before the deadline for bidding to two hours after the deadline for bidding);
(2) Not included in the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (the inquiry time is from the day before the deadline for bidding to two hours after the deadline for bidding);
