Hong Kong Headquarters Strategy: From Gateway to Global Hub
Since launching its global strategy in 2019, eSignGlobal has leveraged Hong Kong as a strategic pivot to achieve critical milestones:

2021: Established its international headquarters in Hong Kong, deeply integrating into global digital trade networks;

2023: Launched a cross-border signing platform and deployed three global data centers covering Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific, and Europe;

2024: Became the world’s first e-signature provider integrated with the Hong Kong Government’s "iAM Smart" digital identity platform, establishing an end-to-end compliance framework.

eSignGlobal is the only e-signature company in the industry that has established its international headquarters in Hong Kong. Through technological prowess and localized service capabilities, eSignGlobal now serves over 200 premier Hong Kong clients—including Cyberport and China State Construction International—empowering digital transformation in finance and engineering sectors. The company was awarded the 2024 Hong Kong FinTech Award for these achievements.

Technology-Driven Global Compliance
The eSignGlobal platform supports e-signature services across 70+ countries and regions, adapts legal documents for 40+ languages, and fulfills all cross-border signing scenarios. In 2024, it pioneered the Contract AI Agent, enabling fully automated contract drafting, review, and archiving.

Seamless Transition Amid Market Restructuring
The global e-signature market is undergoing profound transformation. With the world’s second-largest platform Adobe Sign terminating all mainland China services in late June 2025, multinational enterprises face triple challenges of data migration, operational continuity, and cross-border compliance. Against this backdrop, eSignGlobal emerges as the optimal alternative through its Hong Kong-based compliance architecture: The platform ensures localized storage of cross-border data via Hong Kong data centers, eliminating compliance risks from offshore servers. To date, eSignGlobal serves 3,000+ Chinese global enterprises and multinational institutions, achieving 75% cost optimization and minute-level response efficiency in cross-border trade scenarios.

Government-Enterprise Collaboration: Hong Kong Engagement Ignites Global Digital Future
As a key participant among global industry leaders at the reception, eSignGlobal will deepen strategic collaboration with the Hong Kong SAR Government and international business communities, demonstrating Chinese technology enterprises’ leadership in establishing global e-signature trust infrastructure. Moving forward, eSignGlobal will continue leveraging Hong Kong as its core hub to expand the global e-signature network, drive innovative applications of digital technologies in cross-border trade, and jointly ignite the global digital future.
