On September 10, the 4th eSignGlobal User Ecosystem Summit was successfully held in Shenzhen. The summit brought together outstanding corporate representatives, industry experts, and ecosystem partners to discuss how electronic signature technology can empower enterprises in their digital transformation.

At the event, eSignGlobal shared how its “secure, compliant, and efficient” signing capabilities are helping Chinese enterprises expand globally. The company also introduced its intelligent contract agent within the signature management platform, which transforms e-signatures from a simple signing tool into an intelligent hub capable of handling the entire contract lifecycle—from generation and review to performance monitoring. In addition, partners and clients including PurCotton, Guangdong Information Network Co., Ltd., and Kingdee (China) were invited to share their practical experiences and successful cases of co-developing new digital engines with eSignGlobal, fully demonstrating the value of ecosystem collaboration.

eSignGlobal established its international business headquarters in Hong Kong in 2021 and officially launched its globalization strategy in 2023. It now provides AES/QES-level e-signature services across the Asia-Pacific region—including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam—fully compliant with the EU’s eIDAS regulation and the requirements of 97 other countries.

According to the latest report by global authority MarketsandMarkets, eSignGlobal ranks first in Asia-Pacific and sixth globally in the e-signature industry, making it the only Chinese company to enter the global top ten.
