Member Permissions

Through eSignGlobal, you can assign three different permission roles to members in the workspace.

Account Role Permissions

  1. Super Administrator (SuperAdmin): The creator of the workspace will automatically obtain the Super Administrator role. The Super Administrator has full access to the entire workspace.

  2. Administrator (Admin): Administrators can create and manage their own documents, templates, smart forms, stamps, and applications. Super Administrators can set data permissions for each administrator. If an administrator is granted all data permissions, they can view and manage resource data created by other users.

    Personal All
    Files Sender: Can resend, edit, cancel, download, authorize, view envelopes sent by this administrator
    Signer: Can sign or authorize envelopes that require this administrator’s signature
    CC: Can view or download envelopes that this administrator is CC’d on
    In addition to personal permissions, this administrator can view details and download all documents in the workspace
    Templates Modify name, edit, enable, disable, use, authorize, delete templates created by this administrator Modify name, edit, enable, disable, use, delete all templates in the workspace
    Smart Forms Edit, enable, disable, delete, or obtain smart form links added by this administrator Edit, enable, disable, delete, or obtain all smart form links in the workspace
    Stamps Edit, authorize, delete, or download stamps added by this administrator Edit, delete, or download all stamps in the workspace
    Applications Edit, delete, activate, disable, or view details of applications added by this administrator Edit, delete, activate, disable, or view details of all applications in the workspace
  3. Regular Member (Member): Members can send, view, create, and manage their own documents, templates, and smart forms. However, without authorization, they cannot access documents or
