1 Background

General

The changes made by this Variation will be effective from the date this Variation is signed by both parties, if two dates, the later date.

Subject to the changes made by this Variation, the terms and conditions of the Outcome Agreement remain in effect.

Words used but not defined in this Variation have the same meaning as in the Outcome Agreement.
