Workspace Member Withdrawal

eSignGlobal allows users to remove workspace members and set default transfer recipients. When a member needs to be removed, administrators can expel the user from the workspace, and resources like templates and envelopes belonging to the removed member will automatically transfer to the default recipient.

 

Removing a Workspace Member

  1. Click the [Actions] button next to the member you want to remove, then select [Remove].

  1. If the user has templates, documents, or app resources, you must transfer their resources before removing them.

  1. Click the [Transfer] button.

  1. Choose a recipient, click [Confirm], and the resources will be transferred.

  1. Once all resources are transferred, click [Remove] to finalize the action.

Transfer Setting

Notes:

  • The initial default recipient is the super administrator of the workspace, and users can modify it themselves.
  • Only super administrators or administrators within the workspace can be set as default recipients.
  1. Click [Transfer setting].

  1. Click the text box to set different recipients for templates, envelopes, and other resources respectively.

  1. Select the recipient you wish to authorize, then click [Confirm].

  1. After setting all recipients for templates, envelopes, and other resources, click [Save].
