eSignGlobal provides users with comprehensive template management services, supports renaming, editing, enabling, disabling, and deleting templates, and facilitates users to flexibly manage required templates.
Edit Template
- Only templates in 「Disabled」 status support editing operations, click the 「Edit」 button to enter the template edit page.

- When you enter the template editing page, you can view the existing template fields. Supports users to add new fields (by dragging and dropping) and delete or adjust existing fields.

Tip:
- Control configuration method please refer to the "Create a Template" User Guide.
- Click 「Save」 after editing, and the updated template will be stored in 「My Templates」 and 「All Templates 」.
Rename
- For templates in the 「Disabled」 status, the user can click 「Rename」.

- Click 「Rename」, the user can enter a new name in the pop-up window, and click 「Submit」 to complete the modification after confirmation.

Enable Template
- For templates in the 「Disabled」 status, the user can click 「Enable」.

- When enabled, the template status changes to enable.
Note:
- When a template is enabled, users with permissions can send envelopes through the template.
Disable Template
- For templates in 「Enable」 status, the user can click 「Disabled」.

- When disabled, the template status changes to 「Disabled 」.
Note:
- When a template is disabled, none of the users can send envelopes using that template.
Delete Template
- For templates in the 「Disabled」 status, if the user does not need to use the template, you can click 「Delete」 to delete the template.

- Click the 「Confirm」 button.

- After the deletion is successful, the template is permanently removed from the list.
Note:
- The deletion operation is irreversible and the associated data cannot be recovered.
