Stamps Management

eSignGlobal provides stamp creation, editing, and deletion services for use in document signing workflows.

 

Create Stamp

Note:

  • The maximum limit for stamps is 30.
  • Once the number of stamps in the workspace exceeds this limit, no more stamps can be added.
  1. Navigate to Workspace > Select [Stamps] > Click [Add Stamp].

  1. Upload stamp image and click [Confirm].

  1. Configure stamp properties, user can:
    1. Adjust scale with [+]/[-] buttons
    2. Enable [Remove Background] for automatic background deletion
    3. Modify dimensions via size slider

  1. Stamp created successfully.

Edit Stamp

  1. Click ▼ next to [Actions] > Select [Edit].

  1. Modification feature supports:
    • Replace image
    • Adjust dimensions
    • Rename stamp
    • Toggle background removal
  2. Click [Confirm] to save changes.

  1. Updated stamp appears in Stamps tab.

Delete Stamp

  1. Click ▼ next to [Actions] > Select [Delete].

  1. Confirm by clicking [Delete].

  1. Stamp permanently removed from Stamps tab.
