SMS Code Verification

eSignGlobal supports notifying signers via SMS and using SMS verification codes for authentication.

Sender Setup

  1. The Sender need to specify the notification method and authentication method. When selecting [Text (SMS)] or [Email and text (SMS)], the Sender provides the signer's mobile number. Signers will use this number to receive signing reminders or to complete identity verification.

Note:

  • If SMS is used for both notification and authentication, the mobile number provided must be the same for both purposes.

Signer SMS Verification

  1. When SMS authentication is required, the Signer clicks [Send Verification Code].

  1. After entering the 6-digit verification code received on their mobile phone, the Signer clicks [Verify] to complete the identity verification step.
