Schedule Envelope Delivery

eSignGlobal provides scheduled envelope delivery service, allowing users to preset delivery times. Time settings can be configured on both the Initiation Page and Signing Fields Page.

 

Install Scheduled Send Add-On

  1. Locate scheduled send in Add-Ons page. Click [Install].

Initiation Page Setup

  1. When creating a new envelope, click the dropdown arrow next to [Send Now] and select [Send Later].

  1. Set the delivery date/time and click [Save].

  1. Select [Send Now] to send without field; click [Next] to proceed to the signing fields page.

Signing Fields Page Setup

  1. When creating a new envelope, click the dropdown arrow next to [Send] and select [Send Later].

  1. Set the delivery date/time and click [Save].

  1. Click [Confirm] to finalize envelope dispatch.
