eSignGlobal provides scheduled envelope delivery service, allowing users to preset delivery times. Time settings can be configured on both the Initiation Page and Signing Fields Page.
Install Scheduled Send Add-On
- Locate scheduled send in Add-Ons page. Click [Install].

Initiation Page Setup
- When creating a new envelope, click the dropdown arrow next to [Send Now] and select [Send Later].

- Set the delivery date/time and click [Save].

- Select [Send Now] to send without field; click [Next] to proceed to the signing fields page.

Signing Fields Page Setup
- When creating a new envelope, click the dropdown arrow next to [Send] and select [Send Later].

- Set the delivery date/time and click [Save].

- Click [Confirm] to finalize envelope dispatch.
