1. User clicks [Forget Password] on the login page.

2. Enter the account email address and click [Send Verification Code].

3. A verification code email will be sent to the user’s registered email address.

4. Enter the verification code and click [Next].

5. Set a new password and re-enter it to confirm.

6. Click [Save] to complete the password reset.
