iAM Smart Verification

 

With eSignGlobal, you can verify the identity of the signer with iAM Smart.

 

Designated iAM Smart Verification

  1. Installs the iAM Smart Verification add-on.

  1. When sending an envelope, set the authentication mode to "iAM Smart" and enter the signer's HKID number.

Tip:

  • Please ensure the accuracy of the signer's name and HKID number. In the event of an inconsistency with iAM Smart, the signer will not be able to access the contents of the envelope.

 

iAM Smart Verification

  1. The signer enters through the envelope link and logs into the eSignGlobal system using the iAM Smart.

  1. The system will automatically verify that the name of the signer and HKID number specified in the envelope are consistent with iAM Smart. If the information is consistent, the signer will directly enter the signing page. If the information is inconsistent, the system will prompt failure. Please make sure that the signer switches the correct account to log in again.
