- Users can use the envelope deletion function in the Inbox, Sent, and All Envelopes menus.
Note:
- Only envelopes with the status of [Completed] can be deleted.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the envelope to be deleted and select [Delete].
- Click the [Delete] button to confirm the deletion of the envelope, and the deletion operation is completed.
