Create a Template

  1. From the Templates page, click Create Template.

  1. Enter the template name, select the template type, and upload the file.

Tip:

  • When selecting PDF template type, only .pdf files are supported
  • When selecting Word template type, both .doc and .docx files are supported

  1. Drag and grop the desired fields onto the template.

  1. Signature:The signature area allows users to set the field name, applied pages, and stamping rules.
  2. Stamp:The stamp area allows users to set the field name, applied pages, and stamping rules.

Tip:

  • Stamping rules:Stamp based on seal size & Customize stamp area size
  1. Table:After dragging and dropping the table field onto the template, users can configure the following settings:
    1. Basic Settings: Set field validation rules and define the Field Name.
    2. Border Settings: Customize border styles including color value and thickness.
    3. Font Settings: Configure font family, size, and other typographic parameters.

  1. Checkbox:After dragging and dropping the checkbox field onto the template, users can configure the following settings:
    1. Basic Settings: Set field validation rules and define the Field Name.
    2. Options:Set the options and layout.
    3. Font Settings: Configure font family, size, and other typographic parameters.

Note:

  • If users upload Word documents, dragging fields (e.g., image fields, table fields) may cause content wrapping or layout issues. For PDF documents, please pre-allocate field positions in advance.
  1. After completing the configuration, click “Save” to store the template in My Templates.
