eSignGlobal offers a bulk envelope sending service for users to import signers’ and CC recipients’ names and emails in batch.
Install the Bulk Send Envelopes Add-On
- Find the Bulk Send Envelopes add-on and click [Install].

Bulk Send Envelopes
- Click the dropdown next to Send Envelope and select [Bulk Send Envelopes].

- Upload a document for signing or use a template to create the envelope.

- Set up signer details, notification preferences, and identity verification methods.

- Click [Download Sample CSV] to get the bulk import file.

- Fill in the CSV with signers’ names and emails, envelope subject, CC names and emails (if needed), and remarks (optional). Save the file.

- Click [Upload] to import the CSV.

- After uploading, click [Next].

- Assign signing fields to each signer, then click [Send].

- Click [Confirm] to finish sending all envelopes.

Track Bulk Sending Status
- Bulk sending may take a few moments. Check progress in the [Bulk Documents] menu.

- Download the delivery status report from the [Bulk Documents] menu.
