AI Hub

 AI Hub is an intelligent assistance center provided by eSignGlobal. It integrates various AI capabilities to help users quickly understand the content, identify risks, and generate contract drafts before signing documents, thus realizing a more efficient and secure signing experience.

1. The administrator enters the add-ons to install the required AI features add-on.

AI Translator

1. After installing the AI add-on, users can access the AI Hub – Translator from the bottom of the file list.

2. Users can choose an existing envelope or upload a file for AI translation. Take selecting an envelope as an example.

3. Enter the translation page, select the language to be translated, and click the translation button to start translating the current page.

4. The translation results can be viewed on the right side of the screen.

AI Risk Assessment

1. After the AI add-on is installed, users can access the AI Hub – Risk Assessment from the bottom of the file list.

2. Users can choose an existing envelope or upload a file for AI risk assessment. Let's take the uploaded file as an example.
3. Go to the Risk Assessment page, select a country/region, and click the Assess button to detect the document risk according to the selected country law.

4. Risk Assessment results can be viewed on the right side of the screen.

AI digest generator

1. After installing the AI add-on, users can access the AI Hub – Summarizer at the bottom of the file list.

2. Users can choose an existing envelope or upload a file for AI risk assessment. Let's take the uploaded file as an example.
3. Go to the Summarizer page, select the language for the summary, then click the Summarize button to create a document summary.

4. The generated summary can be viewed on the right side of the screen.

AI Contract Drafting

1. After installing the AI add-on, users can access the AI Hub – Contract Drafting from the bottom of the file list. Click the Start Drafting button to enter the contract drafting page.

2. Select the contract scenario, target language, applicable country/region, additional instructions, and then click the Generate Contract button to start generating the contract content.

3. If the generated contract file is not satisfactory, users can regenerate the contract; If the generated contract is as expected, users can create a template.
