ID Verification

Using eSignGlobal, you can authenticate the identity of the signer.

 

Designated ID Verification

  1. Install the ID Verification add-on.

  1. When sending an envelope, set the authentication mode to “ID Verification”.

Tip:

  • Please ensure the signer's name in the envelope matches the full legal name as it appears on the signer's ID.

 

ID Verification

  1. To access the envelope link, the signer needs to follow the steps to complete the authentication

Tip:

  • Need to prepare: The original and valid government-issured Identity Card, a mobile with a functional camera.
  1. Select your country/region and ID type.

  1. After the certificate verification is completed, face recognition is required.
