Digital Signature

  • QES(QES, Qualified Electronic Signature)
  • AES(AES, Advanced Electronic Signature)

Through in-depth docking with TSP, the international authority, eSignGlobal is committed to providing customers around the world with a higher level of compliance and credible signing experience.

 

Prerequisite: you must purchase the TSP digital signature service and activate the integration account credentials (Client ID and Secret).

 

Fee deduction rules: When the sender sends the envelope and the signer completes the signature, the corresponding digital signature fee will be deducted from the TSP account configured in the sender's workspace.

 

Sender

 

  1. To install the digital signature add-on:

The administrator installs the digital signature plug-in and sets the integration account credentials (Client ID and Secret) provided by TSP.

  1. Send envelope:

Senders can enable digital signatures when sending envelopes.

Signers

 

Prerequisite: Make sure you have registered for TSP and have a personal digital certificate.

 

  1. Sign with TSP:

Signatories can choose their country and select the TSP signature supported by that country.

Note: When envelopes are enabled for digital signatures, all signers are required to sign digitally.
