No, signers do not need an account or subscription to sign documents you send through eSignGlobal. Each envelope is sent to the signer via email/SMS/WhatsApp, etc., with a dedicated signature link that allows them to access, view, and sign the document. Only users in your organization who need to use eSignGlobal to sign business documents themselves or send documents to others for signature need an account or subscription.

After the 30-day trial period, if you have not upgraded to a paid plan, you will automatically be switched to the free plan, and all data will remain unchanged. After that, you can subscribe to our Basic/Professional plan at any time.

After registration, you will get a 30-day free trial with all features included by default. During this period, you can add as many users as you want and send up to 5 envelopes. If you want a more comprehensive trial, you can contact our sales, and we provide a test environment that can meet your more in-depth trial.

eSignGlobal does not charge seat fees. As long as you purchase the Basic or Professional version, you can allow an unlimited number of users to use it together; the Professional version includes API functions, and you do not need to pay separately for API integration.
